BE AWAKE TO THE 'SPIRITUAL' CULTS BASED IN PERSONAL CONSCIOUSNESS

Personal consciousness or individual consciousness is always looking for ways to get out of itself, relieve itself, fix itself, enlighten itself, destroy itself, glorify itself, save itself and on and on. It wants to do everything and try everything: everything except transcend itself, surrender itself, and thereby transform itself into the Eternal One Living Consciousness Being of All.

Spiritual Practice is not the rescuer or saviour of our lives.
The Divine Consciousness or Spiritual Reality Realisation (The Realisation of your Identity before any worldly created identity) is ultimately not the answer or solution or champion within the context of our individual lives, our subjective lives. In other words, the Practice of Spiritual Understanding is not a remedy or a palliative cure for the troubles and trials and difficulties of everyday life as we know it.

We, most generally, insist it is about our personal-self because it is the personal self that is experiencing the suffering, the trouble, the difficulties, the disappointments and the bouts of satisfaction and being loved.

The personal-self, the individuated consciousness, likes to think it is involved in Love and Spiritual Practice and “God” and mysterious “other” energies and realms of one kind or another. Almost anything can be used as a promise of relief or salvation from the confines of our constant obsession of self-consciousness.

Yes, it is a fact that we each have a uniquely different body and personality appearance. That is not in dispute, nor do we have to overcome or fix that separate bodily fact. However, we have personalised the Impersonal Spiritual, the Real Self-Being merely on the basis of our separate bodily differences and experiences relative to the separate body mind person we think we are.

Individual consciousness is a state of consciousness separated from its Own Source.
Individual consciousness creates the perception, the sensation, of being continually confronted by everything that is not you. It is a state of fear it-self.
Individual consciousness IS fear.

The common urge or interest in all things “spiritual” arises within the personal consciousness, the subjective consciousness. It is the urge of subjective consciousness to save itself, to relieve itself, to find love for itself, to be acknowledged for “itself”, to make itself worthy.

There is a chronic tendency on the part of the individual (individual consciousness) in wanting to fix “one-self” and also fix others and all nature without ever understanding the basis of one’s own defensively guarded, fearful conscious state, a conscious state arising out of Spiritual infidelity; the source of human suffering.

We humans superimpose a physical worldly identity, a separate bodily based identity on our otherwise Life-Granted, Life-Sustaining One Unified Consciousness. We withdraw from our Inherent Relationship with the Living Divine Consciousness into “made up” worldly identities; lesser forms of Consciousness.

All lesser forms of consciousness create a burden for our Inherent Spiritual Self.
Your Divine Conscious Self suffers the limitation and vexation and discontent of the superimposition of the worldly personal consciousness. Within this feeling sensation of entrapment or limited embodiment, humans turn their attention towards the invention of what are fundamentally distractions; methods and beliefs and practices and rituals and experiences to indulge the urge to get away from ourselves.

What must take place in the individual for Spiritual Practice to Awaken is the loss of appetite for trying to fix or fulfill the self-conscious identity.

There must be a greater attraction to Spiritual Understanding over conditional understanding in the mind of the individual.
Understanding at the level of consciousness (Spiritual Understanding) must become of primary importance to the individual and thereby become the genuine motive for Spiritual Practice.

Spiritual Practice is a Practice of tacit Spiritual Understanding addressing and transforming the various states of Consciousness we humans become confined within.
The entire Process is the Process of conversion from subjective Consciousness, or worldly created self-identities, to the All Pervading Consciousness or Spiritual Being that is Inherently Free of worldly based self-ideas of our self.

God-Communion (whole bodily feeling beyond self-consciousness into the Impersonal Mysterious Beloved All Pervading Spiritual Reality) is the basis of the entire Process wherein the worldly-based identity is used or resorted to less and less.
God-Communion, which is Life-Communion, is to be in accord and empathy and Unity with Life as Life.

Life-Communion is not about the worldly or separate bodily based “I” trying to commune with Life or the Spiritual Reality. In other words Spiritual Practice is not about keeping the personal self in place while at the same time trying to have a good feeling about everything and love everyone and become one with nature and smile when we are angry. Spiritual Practice is not about trying to keep everything and everyone together nor is it about “fixing” anyone or anything.

Enlightenment is the Living Realisation in and as the State of Consciousness beyond the personal consciousness. “I” is to be Realised as the Spiritual Reality, not merely the body mind person you know yourself as. The entire Process of the Way Transmitted through the Purpose and Teaching and Functions and Presence within Tushita Ashram is to do with revealing the various states of Consciousness we are inclined to confine the body mind to.

The Transmission of Spiritual Realisation is not merely through words, no matter how inspirational or kind and loving. Neither is it Transmitted through certain so-called spiritual behaviours and beliefs.

It is most fundamentally Transmitted in every moment in every circumstance through whole bodily open vulnerability as all Life. Spiritual Realisation comes with the Open Wound of Love (not the wound of hurt or rejection, or dissatisfaction or lost love – not the wound of self-consciousness). The Transmission comes through an Open Wound of Love that exists on the other side of self-consciousness and all its brood of self-interest, self-saving, self-protectionism, self-enclosure, and self-desired-enlightenment.

Come now to the Spiritual Master’s Sanctuary in the mood of Love.
Come in the mood of love so you can submit your ego-hurts, your feelings of being offended by the Renunciate Master Consciousness, (all of which you will encounter in such Company) to the mood of Love rather than to the mood of self-conscious preservation.
