The mind created I

Every human has been affected by the trauma of birth and coming into this world and we are continually traumatizing ourselves with conditions, by extending our identity into them. This reactivates our original existential trauma, i.e. the withdrawal from Life and our Whole-Bodily Life Identity and so we tend to withdraw from our Spirit, our Whole-Bodily Life-Given Identity, for the sake of a mind-created identity.
We separate, disunite from our Whole Bodily Life-Given Identity by means of the mind’s conditionally created identity. It is this mind-created identity we refer to as “I” - an “I” split from the Whole -Bodily, Life-Created Identity. This is the egoic “I”, the separate from
Life “I”.

By tendency, this unconscious habit of identity with a mind-created “I,” we are continually activating the sensation of being a “stand alone body/mind person”. In other words, we are actively (by habitual relatedness to the mind-created “I” identity) abandoning our Self for a lesser self and suffering for it one way or another. No one is doing this to us, we are mastered by the habit of doing it to ourselves.

This mind-created “I” is, well - of course, a self-conscious “I” and the body knows it. The body knows/feels that this mind-created “I”, this self-conscious “I” is an interference with its Life-Given Communion.
The Body, of its Life Evolutionary Wisdom, adheres to a Life-structured synchronicity with Nature and therefore Nature’s Life Values. The mind-created “I”, the self-conscious “I” - well, that’s another story. And that’s exactly what it is: another story, another set of values particular to maintaining itself.

The Body, the Body of all creatures, all appearances, is an expression, a manifestation, a modification of the One All Living Spirit, the Life-Force of all. The Body itself is already One with Nature, with Life, with Evolution. However, our mind, our obsessed with itself mind, thinks us into a chronic contraction, withdrawal and confinement into itself, thereby creating an “I” associated with and confined to the sensation of a stand-alone person. Our minds enslave our greater Body Consciousness to a false, fictitious “I”; “I”, the mind-created identity of a separate body/mind person alone. Our minds keep creating a self-conscious “I”, not a “One with Nature already” I.

We tend to relate to ourselves, perceive our self, see our self through the lens or point of view of the mind-created identity. And in so doing, we interact and react in such a way that we do not allow the Light, the Full Consciousness, to Shine out, reveal and expose our True “I” – the Native “I” the Inherent “I,” so that it can be Recognized, Valued and Realized.

First of all, we must understand or see this fundamental withdrawal from Life by the mind into a false “I”, a mind-created identity. When we truly understand this, we can then profoundly understand that we cannot use the mind-created identity to Realize or be animated by the Whole-Bodily Life Given-Identity. The trickster mind, the thief of my Inherent Whole-Bodily Life Conscious Identity, will make all kinds of deals, in order to stay in place.

The Full Whole-Bodily Life Consciousness can only be discovered through Love-Full self-critical Insight. Sri Ramana Maharshi’s fundamental Instruction was to ask one’s self, “Who am “I”?” Who or what is this “I” that I refer to? What is its True Nature?  

To be Realized, the “I” must be discovered to be the Life that actually Lives the Body, that IS the Body and allows a mind. It Lives the person in the First Place.
To Realize the Inherent “I” does not require the denial or annihilation of the unique character and form of the person. Oh, no need of that because the Whole Bodily Consciousness (Life Being) will eventually take care of that sooner or later.
Realization of our Life-Given Whole Bodily Conscious Identity is about allowing the Truth State, the Full Consciousness – which is our Full Human Potential – to come forth… the Unconditioned Spirit, Being prior to all appearances.
Our Life-Given, Whole Bodily Conscious Identity is altogether Bodily Love of Life in Life. That is, the Life that Lives and IS the Truth State of the body/mind.

If we are to be in Love, in Life, we must Awaken from the sleep/unconsciousness of a righteous belief/sense/identity of an exclusive and separate body Spirit.
Otherwise, we are merely and always involved, obsessed with the lesser mind-created identity, not the Unified Life-Created Identity. And in this way, the mind-created identity, no matter how much well-polished spiritual spin the mind-created self wants to do, and does do, in the form of believing, thinking, analyzing, working out and experiencing, it is still and only the motivation of the mind-created self-identity for its own preservation and glamorization, all for its own survival.

The mind-created self-identity is a self-deceptive trickster. It is at one and the same time convincing you it will sort you out and also threatening you. Splitting You from Your Self.

The very root cause of our fear, our self-conscious posturing, our existential trauma (that all other traumas we inevitably encounter and absorb in this conditional realm are subsumed into) is our withdrawal into a small-minded, mind-created identity. An identity that cheats us out of our Full Human Love Potential. The Very Truth or Life Substance we need for our True Intelligence of Compassion, Humour, Wonder, Gratitude, Forgiveness, Affection and altogether True-Life Intimacy with all Living Beings.

 Oh My Love, feel Your Spirit, feel Your Heart, feel Your Longing. I know You well. How we all long to leave a typically embattled mind-self for another closer to one’s own Love-Full Aspirations.

I know so well how experience and life’s blows expose our limits and can erode the Hearts Desire of Living up to our dreams, our Hearts Confidence, our Unconditional Self Radiance.

 My Love, listen and listen again and again to Your Self, this longing is the Souls Essence, the Life Created Self, the Power of Love.
